 Golf 

The occupational therapist will help a person and assess for cognitive, physical, and social difficulties and grade the activities to suite the client's needs, for example simplifying instructions or tasks. The golf sessions can also incorporate any wider goals set by the client for example improving social skills, coping with stress, anger management, improving concentration, and memory.

The therapeutic value of engaging in the activity of golf offers a person valued occupation(s) that can bring meaning and purpose to a person's life.

These golf coaching sessions are run weekly at a North West Golf Club for two hours. Currently we have the capacity for individual sessions, with the potential to run groups. Client's must have the capacity to return to the sport they once enjoyed.
